Let's Get Started
The following are instructions on how to log into your new ucr.edu RMail (Google) account.
New instructors will receive an email from noreply@ucr.edu on their hire date with instructions on accessing their UCR email account. This email will be sent once your UCPath account is activated. Before accessing your UCR email, please ensure you have set up your NetID permanent password, security questions, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- STEP 1: Go to https://rmail.ucr.edu.
- STEP 2: Enter your UCR email address: netid@ucr.edu.
- STEP 3: Enter your UCR NetID and password.
- STEP 4: Complete MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
- STEP 5: Once you complete your MFA you should be able to access your UCR email. If you do not, kindly send an email to hrpayroll@ucx.ucr.edu for assistance.
NOTE: You will receive campus-wide email here with notifications and newsletters. It is good practice to check this email regularly.
