You've completed the courses, what's next?

Once you have successfully met all of the requirements in your program, you are eligible to request your Completion Verification.

The Completion Verification Process triggers an audit of your academic record to verify that all requirements to obtain a certificate or credential have been successfully met. Once the process is complete, you will you will receive an email from PARCHMENT, the distributor of our digital and hard copy certificate awards, asking that you review your certificate. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your SPAM folder. You will have three (3) days to review your certificate and verify your mailing address. If you do not make any updates to the mailing address, your printed certificate will be sent to the address on file, and should arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks. Your digital certificate will be available immediately.

Follow the instructions below that correspond with your program to initiate the verification process.

  • Certificate Programs: You will be eligible to request your certificate verification once you have successfully met all of the requirements in your certificate program. To request verification, complete the application by logging into your student portal and paying the $75 administrative fee that is associated with the application.
  • Credential Programs: You will be eligible to request your credential verification once you have successfully met all of the requirements in your credential program. To request verification, complete the application by logging into your student portal and paying the $75 administrative fee that is associated with the application.
