I Need to Reactivate my UCR NetID
If you haven't used your UCR NetID for a few months, and you receive an error message when you try to login to eLearn (Canvas), you may need to reactivate your account by refreshing your password.
To reset your password, visit myaccount.ucr.edu and select Forgot Your Password. From the menu, choose Option B and enter your email address. The email address you use must match the one on file with UCR Professional and Global Education to complete the password reset.
