Turn Your Interest in Childcare into a Career—FREE Classes for California Farmworkers and Their Immediate Family
If you’ve ever wanted to work in childcare or preschool, this free program can help you get started. It’s made for California farmworkers who are ready to explore a new path working with kids.
Flexible online classes give you focused training working with kids, help with learning English, and meet the Commission on Teacher Credentialing's (CTC) requirements to earn an Associate Teacher Permit —plus a free laptop and a $1,000 stipend when you finish.
All classes are presented in Spanish and held online on Saturdays. No high school diploma is needed. Just bring your interest and care for children!
