Why Was the UCR Degree Completion Program Created?

Did you know that 3,500 students in undergraduate programs between 2008 and 2020 left UCR in good standing and did not complete a degree elsewhere? In 2022, the University of California allocated a grant to support adults who wish to complete their degrees or a professional certificate.

Together with UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara and UC Merced, UC Riverside joined the collective to reengage students and help them find campus resources.
