Digital Photography: Beyond the Basics

For those already familiar with their digital cameras and with camera settings such as aperture, shutter speed and exposure modes. The special features and extended capabilities of the digital camera are explored, along with methods of manipulating images using Adobe Photoshop. Learn control of contrast, color, sharpness and black-and-white image conversions, along with other creative options. You will use your own camera to produce images for assignments in a real studio, and employ lab computers to learn and apply manipulation techniques.
