About the Course

A managerial overview of the organizational functions of Quality Managers. Tools and methodologies are explored that will help identify opportunities for organizational improvement. Examines the CMQ/OE body of knowledge including customer/supplier relations, strategic planning, process improvement, and prepares you for the American Society of Quality (ASQ) Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification exam. A basic understanding of the functional responsibilities of managers is preferred.
