About the Course
We will cover the major areas of operational audits, including production, marketing, finances, purchasing, information technology, personnel and inventories. You will explore internal audit procedures, internal controls, managing the audit process, working papers, procedures, sampling, evidence, and business process mapping. Also discussed are fraud detection, management audits, and establishing ongoing internal controls.
