About the Course
Supervisors can expand their skills when providing inclusive employee experiences while embracing an organization’s values, goals and objectives. Learners will understand the benefits of local-to-global, diverse workforces and the cost of organizational discord, management conflict and exclusionary behavior. Participants will explore the value of creating an environment where people of different and similar cultural, ethnic, religious, socioeconomic backgrounds, and disabilities find common ground – working together in an inclusive, equitable, respectful, harmonious atmosphere. Learners create personal action plans to practice inclusive leadership behavior, and enhance self-leadership skills, employee experiences and organizational value.
