Introduces you to racism, racial inequity in education, and racial justice initiatives in K-12 schools. Understand the connection between theory and your classroom practice. Explore the continued manner in which racism manifests in schools today, strengthen your racial literacy, and develop pedagogical tools to create culturally sustaining classrooms towards racial equity.
- Participants will have a stronger structural analysis of racism in K-12 schools.
