About the Course

Designed to teach you how to use Unity’s real-time 3D rendering engine to build virtual reality applications used to design and visualize construction sites, and conduct a site tour of 3D virtual environments. You will learn how to build interactive, stand-alone VR applications with realistic objects, audio, 2D and 3D assets, custom animations, interactive UI, and industry-standard locomotion techniques. You will also learn how to deploy your projects to an Oculus device; implement UX best practices for VR; strategize and design creative, immersive projects; and build custom strategies to integrate VR into external-party workflows. By the end of this course, you will not only know how Unity fits into the VR application development pipeline, but also how to use its native features and tools to maximize your own applications’ quality, performance, and potential.
