About the Course

Based on the scientific principles of neuroplasticity, this course will begin with a basic introduction of how individuals of all ages can reduce symptoms of ADHD, cognitive decline, depression, anxiety, pain management, sleep disorders, conduct disorders, and trauma by training the brain. Discussions will include the use of neurofeedback as an effective, non-invasive intervention for longer-term brain challenges, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic pain, generalized anxiety, and insomnia.
