About the Course
The second course for the Cannabis Agriculture & Horticulture sequence focuses on the flowering cycle: Learners discover phases of the flowering cycle in relation to plant metabolism, reproduction, and growth; review cannabis biochemistry; and consider environmental challenges including pests, diseases, and threats; tips for optimal harvesting and drying; processes for trimming and processing; and methods for curing and storage. During the final week, learners explore bonus topics in super cropping, backyard grows, and off-grid farming in the context of ecological awareness and current ethical questions of biodiversity.
