Explore, from a business and legal perspective, people in heritage organizations. The major topics are corporate governance, organizational change and strategy, cultural diversity, risk management, emotional intelligence, employee relations, harassment, labor economics, compensation and benefits, workplace planning, and leadership/recruitment.

This class will be conducted in English and, thus, students must be proficient in reading and writing in English. Students must have a Bachelor’s degree in a heritage discipline, be working for a heritage organization, or be a graduate student in a heritage discipline degree program.
