About the Course
Teaching English around the World provides instruction on effective principles, methods, and techniques for teaching a variety of language skills to learners. You will learn how to use the four-strand approach to deliver an integrated-skills based, student-centered class. You will also experience and develop activities that promote communicative and authentic language teaching. After observing an integrated-skills class taught by a professional teacher, you will develop and demonstrate a lesson plan, following a prescribed format, and later reflect on your teaching and professional growth..
