ESL Low Intermediate

This is a lower intermediate level English class in which you will build upon the listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar skills introduced in ESL Low and High Beginning. Refine these skills so that you can participate in routine and sometimes challenging conversations about social, school, and work topics.  Practice skills such as giving personal information, making polite requests, discussing housing, explaining recipes and food, making complaints, describing holidays, and more. You will also learn different strategies to improve your reading comprehension, develop grammar skills, understand simple conversations, and write at the paragraph level.
