Common Core Instruction with Special Needs Learners

Explores how teachers can assure that students with learning disabilities have access to the core curriculum and the same opportunities to succeed as typical learners. Students will understand how learning disabilities manifest themselves and learn approaches such as multi-dimensional instruction, backwards planning, study skills methods, structured peer interaction, and aspects of the Universal Design for Learning that benefits all students, regardless of their preferred learning style.
