We have a network of industry and academic experts ready to work with you, and the state has funding to pay for it. Let us show you how we can put it all together to boost your productivity and profits. Making budget-conscious choices while keeping your workforce productive is a challenge. Now you can implement training for your employees that is both effective and state-funded!

How it Works

We will work with you to assess the training needs of your team and tailor a program specifically for your organization. Training can take place at our fully equipped facilities or at your organization. Your employees learn techniques and solutions they can apply on the job right away.

How to Qualify

Employees participating in the training must be permanent, full-time (35+ hours per week), and earn a minimum wage set by the State. Participants must be residents of the state of California. The company's primary business must be in logistics, warehousing, supply chain management, manufacturing, or construction management, determined by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), or face significant out-of-state competition. Other restrictions may apply.
