Real People. Real Results.

“In the words of Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, Life is simple. There are only four things you need to know: how to stand, how to sit, how to walk, and how to lie down. I may not always get it right, but recalling these words helps me reflect on my actions, and surrender to the lessons I still have to learn.”

Instructor Spotlight

“Twenty years ago, while recovering from cancer treatment, I walked into my first Iyengar Yoga class, and fell in love with the subject. Since then, I have continued my studies, including spending time studying with the Iyengars in Pune, India. Using my skills, I enjoy working with and helping individuals to improve their lives through Yoga and Pranayama, (breath control), and inspiring them to continue on their own paths of personal improvement.”
