Step into the world of digital electronics with this hands-on training program. Examine the use of microprocessors, digital and programmable logic, sensors, and actuators. Analyze counter circuits and shift registers, and perform digital transformations to an analog signal to gain experience toward pursuing an entry-level position as an electronics installer, repairer or maintenance technician. Complete just this specialization, or build-out your skills and add breadth to your marketability with one of our other two specialty training programs in solid state electronics or AC-DC circuits.

Prior to enrolling, please ensure that you meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Completion of the Specialized Training in AC-DC Circuits and/or Specialized Training in Solid State Electronics, or consent of instructor.
