Trouble Logging In?

I forgot my UCR NetID password

Online technical support is available Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Saturday, limited support from 10 a.m.-12 noon. Email netidhelp@ucx.ucr.edu to request assistance. You will receive an email response in approximately 2 hours.

In-person assistance is available at the Student Services Counter, located in the front lobby of the UCR Extension Center, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m.- 1: 30 p.m. (limited staffing).

I need to reactivate my UCR NetID

If you haven't used your UCR NetID for a few months, and you receive an error message when you try to login to eLearn (Moodle) or iLearn (Blackboard), you may need to reactivate your account by refreshing your password.
